Afghani - Ancient Roman Glass Beads (AF536)

This ancient Roman glass was found in the Nimroz province of Afghanistan. The beads are between 900 & 1200 years old, and were excavated in 2006. Glass has not been produced in this area for 900 years. There are 24 beads in total (excluding the small spacer beads), measuring approx 10-20mm in diameter x up to 4mm thick (1mm hole). These beads are one of a kind, the strand you see pictured are the exact beads you will receive.
