These lightweight bone beads were completely handcrafted in Indonesia. Irregular rectangular tabular (flat), stained black with a white carved flower design. These beads have 2 holes drilled through and are designed to be used for bracelets. There are approx 13 beads on the 13" strand. Each bead measures approx 24mm x 22mm x 5mm thick (2mm holes). They are temporarily strung on cotton string. As with any handmade bead, expect some variation in color and size.

I have been buying beads for years for my beadwork but have never found a store like Happy Mango Beads. Just browsing the beads inspires me like no other site or store I've been to. The reason is the diversity and quality of all the beads give me images of all the wonderful things I can do with them. I recently purchased these Carved Bone Beads along with other of your beads and my expectation was far exceeded! The picture gives the idea of an almost wooden feel but they are very high quality beads and feel like a cool smooth stone. I expect bone to feel cool and smooth, but these truly are cool! I love them! Thanks HMB for providing such cool beads! They make my work look even cooler!!!
