Blue Turquoise Nugget Beads 10-12mm (TUR758)

These blue turquoise nugget beads are made from Chinese turquoise. The strand measures approx 16" and there are approx 38 beads in total (the number of beads varies with the bead size), measuring approx 10-12mm, though some beads might be slightly larger or smaller. These beads were hand cut; therefore, expect slight imperfections in shape, size and color. The stabilization process increases durability and enhances the color of stone somewhat. Some of this turquoise may have been a lighter shade (even white) in it's natural form, as it contains little (or no) iron or copper, which is what gives turquoise it's color.
