These beads are made of seeds from the Buri palm tree of Indonesia. They are dyed green with a light green stripe and are roundish in shape. The strand measures approx 15" and there are approx 32 beads in total, measuring approx 10-13mm in diameter (1.5mm hole). Expect some slight variations in size, shape and color as these beads are in their natural form.

I'm a big fan of natural beads, and these buri nuts are perfect for 'organic' designs. The simple shapes and muted colors make them easy to blend in with just about any design.
