Charoite gemstone beads from Russia. Oval and tabular (flat) in shape. The strand measures approx 16" and there are approx 14 beads in total, measuring approx 29mm x 22mm x 8mm in thickness. These beads have more purple than appears in the image.

These stones are gorgeous. Expect a lot of variation but they are spectacular, ranging from purples to grays to blacks. Beautiful with silver and amethyst and pearls.
