Colorful assortment of handcrafted glass "Christmas" beads from Africa. There are hundreds of beads per strand and each strand measures approx 32-34" long, the beads measure approx 2mm in diameter, though some may be slightly larger and some smaller.

Nice to use in peyote beadweaving

These little beads can be worked up into peyote-stitch bracelets and then embellished with a top fringe of larger Christmas beads. I made such a bracelet (with a beaded loop closure), and the teen girl who received it loves it. Fun, colorful beads in a great assortment!

I love all the different striped colors, but buyers need to know that these are seed beads, between about 8/0 and 11/0 in sizes and assorted lengths. Unfortunately, they are too small to use in the projects I bought them for, but I'll try to find a use for them in something else because I do love the colors, which are difficult to find elsewhere.

These are soooo tiny you will almost need a magnifying glass to work with them but they are really sweet!
