Coptic Cross Pendant (CC12)

This handmade 'Coptic cross' pendant came from Ethiopia, Africa. It measures approx 3 1/4" in length, though some might be slightly larger or smaller. It is silver in color, but was cast from base metal, which is a mix of different metals and the actual silver content is unknown. The production and use of these crosses dates back hundreds of years and they are still made in the same traditional crude manner as they were originally. Note: The image shows a very accurate example of the item you will receive, because these pendants are crafted by hand, no two are perfectly identical. Expect the item to be somewhat crude and even tarnished, this is it's nature. It may also need cleaning; a polish cloth works fine or even soapy water.
