Coral Pink & Teal Sandcast Glass Beads 7-10mm (SC770)

These beads were made by pulverizing old (recycled) glass, which is then poured into molds and then placed in a crude earthen oven where the powered is molten into glass. They are often referred to as "powder glass" beads as well as "sand cast". Coral pink with teal and white. The strand measures approx 22" and there are approx 58 beads in total, each measuring approx 7-10mm long x 6-8mm in diameter (2-3mm hole). They are strung on raffia and were handcrafted in Ghana, Africa.
