Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order, however if you are a USA customer and wish to take advantage of our free shipping option your order must reach at least $25.00.
 
Do we offer wholesale prices?
As you may have noticed our prices are very reasonable. Because we do nearly all of our own buying/importing/traveling we are able to keep our prices very low. Actually nearly all of our prices are at or below those of most bead wholesalers. For this reason we usually do not discount any further, though we have regular sales offering substantial savings. We sell to many bead shops in the US and around the world, these shops are able to sell the beads quite well at a retail level.
 
Can I shop at your warehouse?
Because our warehouse isn't set up like a retail store we don't encourage walk-in traffic, yet we won't turn you away either!  We are located at 549 Third Street in Berthoud, Colorado and we are normally open during regular business hours.  If you would like to visit please try to call or email in advance to arrange a time/date.

Do we have a catalog?
Sorry, but we don’t offer a catalog at this time. We have many old and one-of-a-kind beads and it would be difficult to provide an up-to-date catalog.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all customers who live in the USA and spend a minimum of $25.00. These orders are shipped USPS Standard Mail, this typically takes 3-10 days (this method is not trackable). USA customers may also choose to have their orders shipped Priority Mail for a flat rate of $4.99, this typically takes 2-3 business days* (this method is trackable). USA orders under $25.00 will ship for a flat rate of $3.49 (Standard Mail) or $4.99 (Priority Mail).  Orders to Canada ship for $4.99 First Class or $11.99 for Priority Mail; other international orders will ship for a flat rate of $14.99 for Priority Mail.   * this information is provided to us by the US Postal Service and is not guaranteed. 
 
How quickly do we ship?
Orders which are placed early in the day are usually shipped the same day they are received. Otherwise we ship the next business day, including most Saturdays.  If you need to receive a package overnight we can usually accommodate that for an additional fee, just ask.
 
Which shipping method do we use?
We ship most domestic (USA) orders via USPS Priority Mail, this normally takes 2-3 business days or Standard Mail which takes 3-10 days*. Orders to Canada ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail International; and all other international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International. International shipping time varies depending on the destination country's customs process.   * this information is provided to us by the US Postal Service and is not guaranteed. 
 
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Payment can be made using most credit cards or Paypal. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Happy Mango Beads. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. ***PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service offers only limited tracking services for Global Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. We ship daily to Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan and have never had a package get lost, though occasionally there is a delay in customs.

How do I make a change to an existing order?
It may not be possible to change an order after it's been processed. However, if you contact us immediately at orders@happymangobeads.com a change might be no problem at all.

Where is my confirmation e-mail?
Immediately after you place an order you should receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging reciept of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.

I lost my gift certicate code, what should I do?
We can retrieve your code and re-send it. Please send an e-mail to us at info@happymangobeads.com and include the names of the both the gift certificate recipient and the sender.

What is our return policy?
We want you to be happy with the beads you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us and because of this we try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell.

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the merchandise is in its original, unaltered condition.  To return an item it’s important you follow the instructions below.  Upon receipt of your return we will provide you a store credit that can be used on a future purchase. Sorry, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or hold merchandise in anticipation of a return. Shipping costs are not refundable and expect that any shipping costs (discounts) paid by Happy Mango Beads will be deducted from your credit.  We do not accept returns for any reason after 30 days.  If an item is returned without prior authorization a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

Please follow these simple steps:
  • VERY IMPORTANT!  Fill out our online Return Form to notify us of your return. You will receive immediate return authorization upon completion of this form.
  • Make sure the items are in their original condition, just as you received them.  Strung beads must still be intact.
  • Package the return in safe, secure package, just as you received it originally.  We will not credit you for an item if it arrives to us damaged.  Your package must be mailed to us within 7 days of requesting authorization to return.
  • Include in the package your name, email address and invoice number.
