Frosty-Clear Dogon Glass Trade Beads (AT505)

These beautiful old Dogon donut beads have an opaque frosty clear color. Most are disc donut shaped (annular) with very large center holes. They were originally made by the Dutch and were produced from approx 1840 until 1900. The strand measures approx 34" long, and there are well over 150 beads in total, graduating in size from 8mm to 14mm in diameter (the hole measures 6-8mm in diameter).
