Giant Old Quartz Disc Beads - Djenne (OS38)

These giant graduated quartz beads can be very hard to find. They came from excavations in the Djenne area of Mali, Africa. They are hundreds of years old, dating back possibly even earlier than 1200. The strand measures 27.5" and there are 81 beads in total, measuring 11-30mm in diameter x 4-11mm thick (1mm hole). These beads are one of a kind, the strand you see pictured are the exact beads you will receive.
