Large Dark Bodhi Seed Prayer Beads, Mala

Buddha is said to have achieved enlightenment while sitting under a Bodhi tree. These are beautiful beads, made from the seeds of the Bodhi tree. They are very hard and dark brown (nearly black) in color. The strand measures 44" and there are 108 Bodhi seed beads, 3 conch shell beads, 6 reconstituted amber beads. The Bodhi seed beads measure approx 5/8" diameter x 3/8" in width.
