Old Red Glass Maasai Beads 15-20mm (RF2406)

These old glass Maasai beads were found in Nigeria. Most are roundish - slightly oval (egg) in shape. Various shades of red from an opalescent, milky red to sort of a dark cherry red. Some show pitting from age and use. The strand measures approx 26" and there are 32-38 beads in total, each bead ranges in length from 15-20mm x 15mm in diameter, though some might be larger or smaller.
