Old Maya Black Glass Beads (GUA354)

These antique black rondelle and round shaped glass beads are most likely of Czech origin and were traded into Central and South America many years ago (actual age unknown, but more than 25 years); they were purchased in Chichicastenango, Guatemala. The beads show age and wear and have a nice patina. Overall they are in very good condition. The strand measures approx 146" in length. There are 100's of beads in total; the rondelle shaped beads measure approx 5-6mm in diameter and the round shaped beads measure approx 10mm in diameter. These beads are one of a kind, the strand you see pictured is the strand you will receive.
