Old Ostrich Egg Shell Disc Beads 8-10mm

These unusual beads were made from ostrich egg shells. They are disc shaped and very durable. They are at 30-50 years old. Some of the beads could be a little grimey and should be washed. There are hundreds of beads on each strand. They are strung on raffia. The strand measures approx 24" and the beads measure from 8mm to 10mm in diameter, though some beads might be a bit larger or smaller.
