Old Yellow French Cross Trade Beads (AT5612)

They're not perfect; they show signs of a lot of past use. I actually prefer that... I think that adds to their character. The color is perhaps a little brighter mustard yellow than I see on my screen (your screen may be better) with a mellow gloss, and the stripes on some of the specimens are slightly raised and unevenly applied, adding a bit of tactile texture. I haven't checked manually, but looking at the center holes, they seem to be able to accommodate very thin leather thongs. The sizes of the beads are not uniform. Some are larger than others. Still, for those looking for beautiful beads with a sense of history, these are a very good option.
