Petrified Wood gemstone beads. Oval tabular (flat) shaped. The strand measures approx 15" and there are approx 12 beads in total, measuring approx 30mm long x 18mm wide x 7mm thick (1.5mm hole), though some might be slightly larger or smaller. These beads were hand cut; therefore, expect imperfections in shape, size and color.

Beautiful beads! Love the veining and the colors! They were even more beautiful than the photo showed!

One of my favorite materials

The picture is pretty accurate. There are nice wood colored lines and swirls as well as portions that look more like the mineral (chalcedony?) that has replaced the organic material. The beads are a comfortable size and weight and nicely smooth. They should mix well with many other materials.
