These bamboo coral beads have been dyed red. They are mostly irregular oval in shape, yet flat (tabular). The strand measures 16" and there are approx 40 beads in total, measuring approx 10mm x 7mm x 4-5mm in thickness, though some might be slightly larger or smaller. Expect imperfections as these beads were hand cut.

I love these luscious, little red coral beads for their smooth, polished surface, their tabular oval shape and vibrant red color. Because they're small, shapely and vibrant, they lend a distinctive spacing between larger beads. I bought them to use with the red/gold oval lampwork beads also offered at Happy Mango. I think they'll also look great with the bone beads. If I have any left over I'm going to use them with the dark brown bone beads I purchased. They really add a pop and crackle presence to many color schemes while taking up only 10mm of space. I just love 'em!
