These unique disc shaped beads were made from recycling old vinyl (vulcanite). The beads are mostly red, but it's possible that a strand includes a couple other colors. The strand measures approx 30" and there are hundreds of beads measuring approx 5mm in diameter, though some might be larger or smaller. Made in Africa.

Great spacers with Krobo Beads

While this is my first strand purchased from Happy Mango of these vulcanite beads , it is my third strand overall. I love the way they look with my sand cast/powder glass Krobo beads. I gave Happy Mango the size specification and they matched it perfectly! VERY happy with my purchase. Get on Happy Mango mailing list so you know when there are special sales on African Trade Beads. No one matches the prices here for these. GREAT deal!

I was thrilled to find these beads on Happy Mango Beads' site because I'd purchased one strand at a sidewalk sale and then not found them anywhere else when I ran out. These are easy to work with and help create stunning, intriguing designs.
