Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with the beads you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us. We try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell, but if you feel that an item we send you is not consistent with the description, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. Seldom do we offer a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose the free shipping option when you placed your order and you return an item the actual cost of shipping (partial or entire) may be deducted from your credit. This is determined by the amount of your order you return to us. If you would like to return an item it is necessary that you email us before sending to request authorization. Returns without authorization will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We will do our best to work with you if something absolutely will not work. Please read all descriptions carefully and ask questions if necessary. Thank you!
