Blue turquoise beads with occasional hints of green and matrix. Tube shaped. The strand measures approx 15" and there are approx 100 beads in total, measuring approx 4mm long x 1.5-2mm in diameter (0.5mm hole). Expect some slight variation in size, color and quality, as these beads were hand cut.

Delicate look!

Very cute beads. My are blue with a fair amount of black matrix. They have a very delicate look, so I see them mostly in earrings or woven with thread or wire (and perhaps mixed with other small beads) to make a focal piece.

I think my group didn't have any "hints of green or matrix" which is kinda a bummer. I guess I always sort of expect to get what I see, even though the slight differences are spelled out explicitly. My bad. Still, they're beautiful and I've found good use for them already. I kinda like getting surprised sometimes; it forces me to be more creative as an artist. Maybe I will go ahead and continue buying because the picture is pretty, trying not to have preconceived expectations, and making the best out of what I get. I've never been disappointed, that's for sure.
